Roger Batchelor practiced in Ontario before relocating to the West Coast, and opened an office in the Western Communities in October of 2005. Roger has experience in many different facets of law, as well as a comprehensive post-secondary education which enables him to handle a wide variety of legal matters with expertise and confidence. Roger's legal practice includes, but is not limited to, Family Law, Criminal Law (including Legal Aid), Corporate Law, Immigration, and Civil Litigation.Roger’s personal interests include boating, music, and giving back to the community.
Zhila Alizadeh-Borji, Treasurer & Legal Assistant
Zhila is originally from Iran (Persia) and graduated from the University of Tehran with a Bachelor of Business Management. She primarily assists Roger with his Criminal and Immigration cases, and has been working at Roger Batchelor Law Corporation since August 2007.
Jesse Stamm, Legal AssistantÂ
Jesse graduated from the University of Victoria in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and again in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (with Distinction) in Psychology. Jesse is currently in his final year in the Faculty of Law at the University of Victoria and has been with Roger Batchelor Law Corporation since December of 2006. A father of four, Jesse primarily assists with the Family and Civil Litigation side of the practice.
